3. Results

From our data we have found that 72% of people own cars. Of those who own cars, 33% own small cars, 31% own medium sized cars and 36% own big cars. We also found that 83% drive daily, 13% drive and about 3% rarely drive. 53% of the people interviewed also substitute driving with public transport. Also 6% of people interviewed go overseas five times a week while others rarely do so. 29% of those interviewed go overseas less than once a year, 26% travel once a year, 26% travel 2-3 times a year and 18% travel 4-5 times a year. Of the people surveyed, people 80% travel by plane, 13% travel by all forms and the rest do not travel.
